$ 194.98 disappeared from my account Payoneer
I make a withdrawal just now in a case 24 hours in a shopping center in my area.
When making a withdrawal operation, put the amount of $194.98 and allowed Ok, and asked me to confirm if I really wanted to draw this amount. As I saw that allowed withdraw this amount, then clicked cancel it would withdraw the amount of $194.98, since charges $7,00 per sack. What happens is that when canceling, even had not made the transaction completely, was deducted the amount of $189.00 of my Payoneer account.
I would like my refund back, did I get it money. I would also like the reimbursement rates of 1 per attempt to serve with insufficient funds, since the error was of you taking the money from my Payoneer account.
I came to call the Cashier's 24-hour support, however as it is a country other card they spoke to contact directly with the bank.
Also opened a complaint at the mall detailing the event, follow the attached photos.
I would like a solution, since when I started using the service you only had problems.
I ask for a solution as quickly as possible because I need the money to pay my bills.
I'm waiting for answers and I am available for further details.
