Ebay requested that I contact Payoneer to enable payments to me.
Payoneer's Verification Center requested various documents, which I provided. One was a proof of residence, which I scanned and sent the scan to them.

They said that it was a copy of a copy. Sent another scan: same reaction. I complained at time-wasting.

Result: cancellation of my longstanding account ! See correspondence attached.

Payoneer owe me money!

Payoneer owe me ยฃ270! Wont answer their UK number and their automated calling service is set up to waste your time because even with a code it is impossible to speak to a human being, which can only mean their entire business is made to scam you. Never trust this service ever!

They will probably reply to this with a sorry message, and they are trying harder to improve their service but its all lies with a purpose to shut you up.

I have not received my cards

Keep getting run around and issue not being resolved, i called before and the document requested was sent but after the deadline passed issue was not resolved i later learnt that the document was not approved because they were transparent in the request.

My withdrawal have not been deposited to my local back account consistently at all. Sometimes 10-14 days pass without me receiving. Some times I get them on time every 2 days and then they just stop and I have to send an email or call. Its very inconsistent and a huge inconvenience. I suspect the breakdown is at Republic bank Trinidad and this needs to be verified and regularized.

Its been 9 months and no ones gave me a solution

The 26th of March we have transferred of 5,232 American dollars and untill now the money did not come through our account, live chat, messages etc it doesnt work

I sent them several emails and no ones answer me i am completely upset with this company.
