Payoneer - Horrible experience - PLEASE HELP

New ReviewerDue to the loss of my card Payoneer has blocked my account entirely. It takes me now more than 6 months to correspond with them.
They impose that I must receive the card before I can access my money. I am so tired of this and I really need help. They requested (a) my ID; (b) my lease contract (when I was living with my friend); (c) now my utility bill (which reflects only codified address).
They don't want to unlock my account whatever I say or do, they even referred me back to AirBnB to collect the money from there (which were paid more than a year ago by a tenant). I really need help.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $1760.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Payoneer Cons: Blocking account, Poor quality of service, Poor customer service, I do not like the way they work and do business too dark.
