After a bit of back and forth, Joyce in the resolution department was able to get the funds sent back to my paypal. Not to sure why my account was blocked but they gave me my money back.

I received this message from customer care, its quite incredible. Bare in mind, payoneer never issued me with a card, blocked my account and in general is being quite fraudulent in their behavior.

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO PAYONEER. I have to escalate this further, tweet about this and in general do everything to alert people that payoneer is a SCAM WEBSITE. I am asking payoneer to return the money which was sent to the PAYPAL, it was sent from. Response 11/21/2018 09:44 AM Dear : I received a reply from the Security Department.

I created a payoneer account and proceeded to add the account to paypal. This in itself should have raised red flags as paypal said they no longer did business with the "first century bank" which they provided me for us payment details.

Okay so I emailed and I got a credit union account and added it to paypal. Transferred $1900, got an email saying payment loaded. Okay fine. I transfer the remaining balance I have $1900.

My account is BLOCKED and the second $1900 returned to paypal. So I call payoneer after thus happened the 7th of November and I tell them, why am I blocked? "They sent it to the relevant department". On the 10th of November, I call them and say "hey listen, I do not need your service anymore, PLEASE return my money to paypal and you can close YOUR account.

I am told it is being escalated, I call the 12th, the 15th and the 17th of November, same old stupid generic responses. The customer service reps can hardly speak ENGLISH. Its like talking to 3 year olds. I do not understand WHY, I cant have my money RETURNED to my PAYPAL account.

Unlike the fat cats at payoneer, sitting in there office, with there wife and two mistresses, driving their mercedez benz, I actually NEED my money as a small Business owner.

That $1900 has caused be to not be able to cover 3 commitments. NOONE at payoneer cares, because hardly any rep can speak ENGLISH properly.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

You should have come to Pissedconsumer BEFORE you used their services and you would have gotten acquainted with many customers who were burnt by this company. Payoneer is extremely unreliable and they may and will come up with new demands anytime and without prior notice.

They always stress they were "regulated company" but surprisingly, in the EU they are regulated by the financial authority in Gibraltar!!!

I would not entirely trust a regulatory body located on a detached part of the UK, on the fringes of Europe. It looks as if they did everything to avoid more stringent regulatory bodies - If they were serious about their regulatory status, they would have been regulated by the FCA in the UK mainland.

I received this email this morning. Not sure what terms and conditions, but at this point I really do not care.

I then got a follow up email, they have to talk to the security department, to find out when I can get my cash.
