This company does not allow you to change contact details.
You are locked out permanently if you do change it. The customer services are only there to hold the framework of the company up by holding peoples funds. They are a sinking ship There needs t be a proper media campaign to inform customers that this company is going out of business. They cant afford to pay a tech team to alter payoneers site, These issues did not exist last year as I had joined them as a new customer.
The whole system is a merry go round scam as of this year.
Payonneer are trying to find a buyer. No one is going to buy this risk because of greed of the owner.

- Payoneer went from excellent to bad with arbitrary fund blocks and slow support.
- Funds are blocked for a week or more, often affecting travel.
I have been working with Payoneer for more than 10 years. They WERE an excellent company.
That's no longer true. They are now a BAD company, their behavior is arbitrary and support is terrible and slow. They block your funds without any good reasons (just because they are checking) and that happens for a week even if you need that money for a travel (like in my case). Zero respect for customers.
Zero. Be prepared to have your money blocked at anytime without any good reasons for a week or more. The funny thing is: you need to provide them the information you already provided dozens of times during the previous years (yes, exactly the SAME information). Even after doing that, they will take a week or more to complete the check.
And you'll receive an official email from Payoneer saying that situation was resolved and everything is back to normal, and then surprise! It's not true, they were lying! Your funds are still blocked.
Huh? Unacceptable.

When registering on Payoneer, I entered my current address using the Yango app because I did not know that documents would be required. I have all my documents. I have successfully passed the passport verification stage, and it has been approved.
However, the address verification stage is causing a problem. I have contacted many of your support team members for the past 2 days, but the issue has not been resolved.
I kindly request that my address be changed to my registered residential address, as there is no option for me to do this from my profile. It must be done manually.

Payoneer team is very unprofessional, if my account was going to blocked they should provide assistance to get back my available funds through wise account which is available on my business details. It should not be headache of Payoneer either I withdraw through my funds through virtual bank or physical bank. Money is mine, account is mine then why Payoneer is acting headman of my withdrawal process.
After a significant amount of time passed, I filed a complaint and spoke with a supervisor, but I was given the same responsethat my case would be escalated.
Later, I received a call from a supervisor informing me that my account was being blocked due to a prohibited transaction. I asked them to specify which transaction was considered prohibited and requested that they point it out so I could provide clarification or supporting documents. All payments in my account were sent by my clients, and I have proper invoices and proof to verify that all transactions are legitimate.
I would like to understand whether receiving payments from an individual Payoneer account is considered a prohibited transaction, and where exactly this is stated in Payoneers terms and conditions.
Additionally, the supervisor advised me to withdraw my balance and mentioned that the funds would be unblocked for withdrawal. However, when I attempted to transfer the funds to my Wise business accountwhich is registered under the same business details as my Payoneer accountthe transfer was declined.
I was then told that virtual banks are not accepted and that I must use a physical bank account.
As an overseas individual, if I had the ability to open a physical bank account in the USA, I would not have relied on a virtual account in the first place. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, and I strongly feel that users are not being properly supported or considered in such decisions.
I would appreciate a clear explanation and a fair resolution to this matter.

Payoneer's customer service is horrible. I have tried to recover my Payoneer account since February but can't. They reply to emails with canned responses that don't address the issue and don't pick up phone calls from users in Africa.
If you live in Africa, you are considered a fraudster or scammer by default. It takes over a week to reply to each email, and each time it is an agent who asks you to explain everything again.
