yes payoneer customer service sucks, and is a joke! They just close tickets without fixing anything.

They also have deleted my customer service tickets complaints from my account so in there it does not show it, good thing I have an original email confirmation... may I should also complain to BBB.

It is likely you will never see your money again, like me and many others. I would strongly suggest you file an official complaint with the regulatory authorities that Payoneer is bound by law to respond.

Most of the bank transfers that are sent from our system land to our customers' accounts timely. We are sorry that you have encountered the difficulties that you have described.

We can see that your transfer has been successfully processed on our side. Please be advised that delays like the one you are experiencing can happen for one of the following reasons: - an issue with the receiving bank, - an issue with the intermediary bank Please make sure that Payoneer never lost any transfer and it’s our responsibility to make sure that you receive your funds.
