yes payoneer customer service sucks, and is a joke! They just close tickets without fixing anything.

They also have deleted my customer service tickets complaints from my account so in there it does not show it, good thing I have an original email confirmation... may I should also complain to BBB.

It is likely you will never see your money again, like me and many others. I would strongly suggest you file an official complaint with the regulatory authorities that Payoneer is bound by law to respond.

Payoneer Not Able to Help Me Log in to My Account

I was not able to log in to my account because the number listed on the account was a land-line and not able to receive a code to log-in. I have communicated back and forth with Payoneer reps by email and by telephone, and still my issue has not been resolved, and I have not been able to receive payment a second time for the company I provide service to. They continually ask me to trouble shoot the same items even after explaining they are not working.

It's not possible to add a method fund

They won't answer because they said that they won't support people who don't use theirs account to receive money, but I can't use it because I just can activate it, so they won't help me to activate it! I hate them!

Wrong Solution

Hi, I did not create a ticket stating that I had problems logging into my Payoneer account. I used the wrong domain in the email( @yahoo instead of @gmail) So I asked if the domain could be changed on my login email, not for the deletion of my account. My account is now deleted and I have to create a new account which will take time since I have to be sent a reset link from Werkit. Can you just change the domain and leave my account connected?

Please kindly take pictures of both sides of your ID with a smartphone camera and upload them in JPEG format to your Verification Center. Please note that all 4 angles of the document should be visible, the photo shouldn't be pixelated or blurred, you should be able to enhance the photo up to 50% without quality loss.
