There is problem with my Payoneer account whoever I login , after enter password questions are appears and there is one question which is not selected by me each time Q is change.
When question appears the 2nd question is changed each time and it is also not selected by me.For example in first attempt the questions are " what's the name of your eldest child" and 2nd question "when your parents anniversary" and when my account is locked and after reset password when again questions appears first one question is same but the second one is different like " age difference between you and your father?"

Verified ReviewerResolved: Payoneer is ripping me off with new fees and also fiddling with the last transfer I did in order to charge more fees. There are evidence in relation to malpractice officialised scam and interference
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Chatted a customer service rep that investigated the issue and confirmed that the virtual card has been cancelled. When it comes to fees I just need to find another financial service with better policies.
I transferred 1500 to my bank account but they interfered illegally with the transfer, and to date, the 169 they solely decided to transfer hasn't reached my account. I hope they stop these malicious, dishonest, and unprofessional practices.

Three days later, there was no update. I contacted their support team to ask what was going on and they replied that it would take another 1-2 days. After two more days, there was still no update. I contacted them again and they told me that all the paperwork was fine, and it would take an additional 1-2 days.
They forwarded it to the correct team. Even after another 2 days, there was no change.
Ten days later, I am still without a working account and there is no deadline for when the service will be provided. It seems a common thread here is that customer support is lying and clueless.

My balance was disabled with over $34,000 on it. I did not get any reason or deadline for the return of my funds from customer support.
I also did not violate any laws or rules and conducted my business activity following all necessary procedures and rules. Nevertheless, Payoneer blocked me, basically took my funds and refuses to tell me when they will return my money or what I should provide to speed up the process.
Payoneer is the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the SEC will prosecute this fraudulent company. Maybe they will learn a lesson and stop committing fraud and illegal activities against their customers.

I have been waiting for the money that I have received for about a week, but it has not been reflected in my balance by Payoneer. And although I reported the problem to you many times, I received nothing but the answer 'There is an error in the system, it will be fixed' and each time I patiently waited for you to fix it. But I'm tired of chasing my own money.

I could not even get verified on here because of their incompetence.
You can submit all the verification documents they ask for but they just reject them. Never mind that the same documents were just fine for PayPal and my financial institutions for business banking.
No, documents from the IRS and the State were apparently not good enough for them.

I'm a freelance music composer for media using Payoneer to receive payments from some of the largest international music library companies since October 2017. I have received dozens of payments each year without any issues until June 2023 when Payoneer canceled a payment from Pond5 (from whom I received numerous payments since registering with Payoneer) without reason and without contacting me about the matter.
After many futile online chats with their customer support, where they provided a bunch of excuses just to buy time and entertain me, my money is still not released and remains in their possession.
Upon researching online reviews and complaints about Payoneer, I came across sites like PissedConsumer, Complaints Board, Trustpilot, Ripoff Report, etc., where I read many (and I mean MANY) customer reviews spanning several years, all complaining about the exact same procedure they used with me.
So, it seems this is not an isolated incident.
Since almost a year has passed, and because I am tired of waiting for my money to be released, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a U.S.
government agency dedicated to making sure you are treated fairly by banks, lenders and other financial institutions. Additionally, I will share this entire story with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) because they also appreciate learning about such corruption cases.
Heres my advice: If you are a freelancer working with international companies, stick to reliable platforms like PayPal and avoid falling victim to companies like the one I am complaining about - just as you would avoid a plague!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They approved my document finally.
I've been going back and forth for two weeks trying to verify my address. I sent two utility bills and a bank statement - all current, but they were declined for no reason and I was asked to provide more.
Here in Japan, bank statements are not sent to residential addresses. Therefore, I had to pay for the bank statement from my overseas account. Still, that was not good enough! This is the worst online company I've ever dealt with!
I've wasted so much time and money on calls to customer service, who just tell me they will manually review the case. Then, I receive the same generic email.

I have been trying to phone and send emails and get my code to sign in to get my pay, but there is no help or answer. This is the worst service ever.
Blocked me from recieving funds
I have started to use Payoneer because it seemed like an ideal overseas option; however, it is is not reliable at all. They blocked a payment from my company, which is verifiable, and so far have held me up from receiving those funds.
The reason: they are not sure if they can accept payments from (an extremely reputable and well-known source: everyone in America knows it). So I wanted to talk to a person or something live, but it is so difficult and convoluted to get in touch with a human being.
Every time I would call the customer service center, it would check my ID, say that I need to go to the customer service center online (which is just a bunch of pre-entered questions and answers), and hang up!
Now I am worrying about how reliable they will be once I start a new project and I am even worrying whether or not they will block me. No one should feel this insecure with an institution that handles their money, It is really bad.

As you can see, Payoneer contacted me, but seriously, my problem wasn't solved at all. Moreover, they declined my documents again, whereas my husband provided them with the SAME type of document, and ohmygod, they accepted it.
Like literally the same document. Mine was declined, his was accepted.
I can't logically explain how it works. I closed my account with Payoneer.
Only because I don't have an address displayed on the documents here, in South Korea (which is totally fine because different countries have different systems), you refuse to verify my account. I've tried providing other valid documents with the address (lease contract, certificate of registration), but no, Payoneer doesn't care. They only accept those two document types. And I am not able to do anything about that.
If you want to continue having international customers, you definitely need to consider adding some other types of documents. And by the way, your customer support and the structure of the customer center or whatever it is, suck.

It's been almost 2 week since I got the payment from my customer but it seems still upcoming in the Payoneer System and I could not get my payment to my balance. When I tried to reach customer service, they could not give exact reason and the date that the problem is going to be solved.
I am using Payoneer for doing business and have payment liabilities. I need my payment ASAP but I could not reach anybody !
When I reach, they are responding with so generic information like a bot robot and they are not solving any issues. I am going bankruptcy if I could not get my money ASAP.
