writing once again regarding the funds I withdrew to my payoneer account, which remain pending due to unresolved id verification issues. I have submitted multiple messages and provided all necessary documents as requested, yet my id keeps getting rejected.
I understand that the mismatch is due to the name I used on my payoneer account, Gabriel Adebayo, while my official id card shows Adebayo Joseph Damilare. This name variation reflects my full legal name, and I have explained this clearly. Unfortunately, your system has not allowed me to upload a new or alternative document for further verification - I am now blocked from even making another attempt. This situation has delayed my access to the funds I legally own, and I have already missed using them for their intended purpose.
If I had known this issue would persist, I would not have chosen payoneer for this transaction. I am now formally requesting that you urgently review my case, provide a clear solution, and allow me access to my funds. If this continues unresolved, I may be forced to take further action, even if the cost exceeds the amount held. This is not a threat but a statement of how critical this matter has become for me.

User's recommendation: My name was because my name used to registered my Payoneer is not fully on my ID name. They stop me from getting my fund all this while, no matter how you write to them it was not resolved.
Preferred solution: Make my fund available. Stop pending my fund. .

So you knowingly registered with Payoneer with a name not on your legal ID card and you are here issuing ultimatums and making threats. Knock yourself out.
Register name - Gabriel Adebayo ID card name - Adebayo Joseph Damilare. Now tell how it make a big difference to pend my fund. Can you explain to me????
If you cannot see how two TOTALLY different names is a big deal, you deserve the headache.
